Service terms

Wolfire Workspace is operated by Wolfire Games LLC for invited developer teams. You may access only workspaces you are authorized to use and may provide only information you have authority to share. Keep your account secure and report unexpected access to contact@wolfire.com.

Evidence and assistants

The service presents saved publishing evidence. You remain responsible for verifying evidence and making release decisions. A readiness report does not approve or publish a release. Assistant responses may contain errors; follow source evidence before acting.

Observation previews require dashboard confirmation before they are saved, and only when the workspace allows recording. The current Wolfire workspace allows viewing and previews only; saving observations is disabled there.

Pilot availability and access

During the invited-team pilot, features and availability may change and no service-level or response-time guarantee is offered. Keep independent copies of information needed for your release decisions.

We may suspend access when an account appears compromised, access is unauthorized, or use threatens the service or other workspaces. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to resolve it; urgent protection may require immediate suspension.

Exports, closure and changes

You may request an export of information you are authorized to receive or request workspace closure through contact@wolfire.com. We verify authority before acting on shared team records. Closure and deletion follow the privacy notice; disconnecting an assistant alone does not delete the team’s records.

These terms do not grant permission to access another team’s data or make a store release decision on its behalf. Material service changes will be communicated to affected invited teams where practical.
