Privacy notice

Wolfire Games LLC operates Wolfire Workspace. The service processes account and workspace identifiers, membership and authorization records, and publishing information made available to your workspace. Publishing information may include project names, store identities, repository references, build metadata, artifact summaries, release reports and observation evidence. Support correspondence contains the information you send us.

Use

We use this information to authenticate users, enforce workspace access, answer authorized requests, provide publishing evidence and investigate service problems. Connecting an assistant allows that assistant service to receive the information returned by authorized tools. Its handling of those copies is governed by its own policies and your account settings.

Previews and disconnect

An observation preview returns supplied evidence and a dashboard review link. The tool does not save the observation. Recording is currently disabled for the real Wolfire workspace binding, so those previews cannot be saved there. The review link contains unpublished preview information; treat it as private. Where recording is enabled, a person can subsequently confirm a save in the dashboard.

Disconnecting revokes future assistant access. It does not delete shared workspace evidence or earlier assistant conversations. OAuth consent currently lasts 30 days; expiry ends that consent and is not deletion of records or of copies already returned to an assistant.

Browser sessions use a 12-hour absolute lifetime and a 30-minute idle timeout. Those figures are session lengths, not record-deletion schedules.

Current hosting inventory

We use Auth0 to authenticate sign-in, Railway to host the portal with its local identity and synthetic demo databases, Neon to store real Wolfire publishing evidence, Cloudflare to protect the separate internal dashboard, and Google Workspace for support correspondence. When you connect an assistant, the assistant provider receives the information returned to that connection.

Retention and preservation

We preserve workspace history, publishing evidence, account history and support correspondence indefinitely where feasible. We do not delete records automatically because of age, and no automatic age-based deletion process runs against them. Indefinite retention is not a guarantee that every record or backup can be recovered forever.

Access expiry and revocation still take effect immediately under the service’s authorization rules. Retaining a historical record does not keep an expired session, invitation or assistant grant usable.

You may request access, correction or deletion through contact@wolfire.com. We verify authority over shared team records and handle applicable legal obligations and preservation requirements before acting. Copies already delivered to an assistant provider remain subject to that provider’s policies and account controls.

Support correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Our hosting and authentication providers keep diagnostic logs and recovery copies for periods determined by their plans and configuration, which may be shorter than the lifetime of workspace records. We do not guarantee indefinite recovery of deleted records, provider logs or backups, and support-mail preservation also depends on Google Workspace configuration. Copies held by an assistant provider follow that provider’s retention settings.
